Refund & Exchange Policy – The Card Company

 

Damaged or Broken Items

In the event a customer receives a damaged or broken item, a replacement product shall be dispatched.

A video recording must be provided showing the parcel being opened at the time of delivery. The video must be continuous, clear, and without interruption.

Refunds will not be issued; only replacements will be provided for broken or damaged items.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges shall only be entertained within Lahore, directly at our designated outlet.

Exchanges are valid for products of the same price and same range only.

No exchanges shall be processed for customers located outside Lahore.

Incorrect Parcel

In the event of an incorrect parcel being dispatched, a new and correct parcel shall be sent to the customer.

The customer shall be required to return the incorrect parcel in its original condition at the time of replacement.

General Terms

Customized or personalized products are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

No refund or exchange requests shall be accepted without proper supporting evidence (e.g., the mandatory unboxing video for damage claims).

 

Outlet Clause

Outlet Sales & Exchange

All purchases made directly from The Card Company outlet in Lahore are considered final at the time of sale.

Exchanges from the outlet are strictly limited to products of the same category and price range and must be made within 48 hours of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.

No cash refunds will be provided for outlet purchases under any circumstances.

Outlet staff are authorized to refuse any exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition, packaging, and without valid proof of purchase.

Outlet exchange facilities are available only at the Lahore branch; no claims will be entertained from outside cities.
